Text description provided by the architects. The residential complex is set in the land located at the corner of Javier Prado Av. with Cipreses street, in San Isidro, Lima.
Consisting of three towers (two towers of 15 floors with three and five apartments per floor and a tower of five floors with three apartments per floor) which total 133 departments, the project takes advantage of features in the field corner, making all rooms have a view of the street or into the garden.
To preserve the skyline, by having various ground heights continued less volume facade on the adjoining with 15 floors tower with a solution based on a higher density architectural language that serves as a base to urban scale.
The image of the building towards Javier Prado Av. has a greater presence of ordered and eaves openings that frame the bodies of each tower. Inland arises more informal language based on the horizontal displacement of the windows creating a rhythm accented by various shades of color.
